Questions we might often explore:
PART IV: JUST EXACTLY WHAT IS THE
EXPERIENCE WE’RE HAVING HERE?

In Part III of this series I said that in Part IV we would explore the civilizations of Highly Evolved Beings, and the model we can use on Earth, should we choose to change humanity’s current trajectory from self-destruction to self-recreation and self-realization.

I have turned to the third book in the Conversations with God series for my information about this. In its description of Highly Evolved Beings (there are many such species, we are told, living on other planets in our vast Universe) we see that there are major differences between how “HEBs” (as they are called in the dialogue) organize and live their lives, and how humans do.

As one example: In highly evolved cultures, children don’t raise children. Offspring are given to Elders to raise.

This doesn’t mean that new offspring are torn from those who gave them life, taken from their arms and given to virtual strangers to raise. It is nothing like that. In these cultures, Elders live closely with the young ones. They are not shuffled off to live by themselves. They are not ignored, and left to work out their own final destinies. They are paid homage and held close, as part of a loving, caring, vibrant community.

When a new offspring arrives, they are not expected to learn about the basics of life from beings who are still learning about the basics of life themselves. In HEB societies, offspring always know who their “parents” are (the closest term in their language would be “Life Givers”) — and they love, honor, and revere their Life Givers — but it is the Elders who organize and supervise the learning process, as well as housing, feeding, and caring for the children. Offspring are raised in an environment of wisdom and love, great, great patience, and deep understanding.

The Young Procreators within the species are usually off somewhere, meeting the challenges and experiencing the joys of their own just-beginning adult lives. They may spend as much time with their offspring as they choose. They may even live in the dwelling of the Elders with the children. But it is the Elders who do the raising, who take the responsibility for the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual development of the progeny.

It is all a very unified, integrated experience. And it is an honor for the Elders, for upon them is placed the responsibility for the future of the entire species. In HEB societies it is recognized that this is more than should be asked of Young Procreators.

And this is just one of the differences between the societies and cultures of Highly Evolved Beings and of Human Beings. Here’s another: Highly Evolved Beings don’t compete. They realize that when one loses, everyone loses.

Highly Evolved Beings, therefore, do not create sports and games that teach children (and perpetuate in adults) the extraordinary thought that someone “winning” while another is “losing” is entertainment.

Highly Evolved Beings also share everything. When another is in need, they would never dream of keeping or hoarding something they had, simply because it was in scarce supply. On the contrary, that would be their very reason for sharing it. In Human society, the price goes up for that which is rare, if humans share it at all. In this way humans ensure that, if they are going to share something they “possess,” at least they’ll be enriched by doing it.

Highly Evolved Beings are also enriched by sharing rare things. The only thing that is different between HEBs and Humans is how HEBs define “being enriched.” A HEB feels “enriched” by sharing everything freely, without needing to “profit” beyond the feeling and the full experiencing of their True Identity.

Not all human beings feel they need to profit from sharing, of course. Still, as a global culture, this is the predominant behavior.

It is for precisely this reason that over 650 children die every hour — every hour — of starvation on a planet where there is more than enough food for everyone. It is for precisely this reason that 3 billion people live on less than $2.50 a day, and that billions have no access to health care. (Some 19,000 children die each day from preventable health issues, such as malaria, diarrhea and pneumonia.)

It is for precisely this reason that 1.7 billion people lack clean water, that 2.6 billion live without basic sanitation, and that 1.6 billion people have no electricity.

It was in 1752 that Benjamin Franklin conducted his experiments on electricity. The English scientist William Gilbert was working on better understanding and describing the phenomenon in 1600. And today, 400 years later, a quarter of humanity still has not experienced the benefits of it.

There is a way to change all this, and that is for us to change our thinking. About just about everything. About Who we are and Where we are and Why we are where we are, and finally, about What we are invited to do about that.

Just exactly what is the experience we’re having on Earth right now? It is what I have called the overhaul of humanity. It is what I have called The Storm Before the Calm. An entire book has been produced about this, and it is printed in its entirety right here on this website. Have you read it? It offers solutions to the challenges and problems facing our species right now. And it doesn’t even cost anything to read it. It’s offered right here, for free.

The series of commentaries of which this is the final entry was meant to open up a larger exploration, a larger discussion; to ignite a deeper desire; to stimulate an immediate determination not to solve the world’s problems, but to solve our own. Not to meet the world’s challenges, but to meet our own. Not to overcome the world’s obstacles, but to overcome our own.

For until more of us overcome our individual obstacles, whatever they are, to embracing, expressing, and experiencing our True Identity; until more of us understand our Real Nature and commit to demonstrating and exemplifying it; until more of us on this planet become clear that the most important objective in every moment is not survival, but REvival of our Forgotten Selves and our Only Reason for being, we will change nothing in our collective experience, but only repeat it.

Our evolutionary invitation is to advance from residing in and functioning from our reptilian brain to our mammalian brain to our human brain to our supernal brain. Our evolutionary opportunity is to graduate from a tribal culture to a global culture to a universal culture. Our evolution process is to raise the vibratory frequency of our love from philia to eros to agape.

There are ways to do this, and it starts in the human heart, in the human mind, in the human soul. And in the individual human heart, mind, and soul.

In other words, it starts with you.

Neale, are you aware that your specific description of “highly evolved beings” accurately describes the social life of some Native American tribes, specifically the raising of children by elders and the ritualized sharing (redistribution) of wealth so that no one was in need? Ironically, many such tribes called themselves “the real human beings”, in their own language. Limited warfare was unfortunately also part of the equation, except for the Hopi, the “peaceful ones”.

Speaking of irony, it is also interesting to note that the churches that established themselves on reservations quickly taught the Indians that selfishness was a civilizing virtue, and to no longer share their personal wealth and possessions (the little they had left) with the tribe. The ritualized sharing of wealth was actually outlawed by reservations agents on behalf of the churches that were in line with government policies.

If I recall correctly, & I think I do. CwG book III states that HEB’s & primitive cultures share many, many similarities, as you noted. The difference at least one would be that the HEB’s use technology in a positive way…….

I often wonder what would have happened if Native Americans had been given the chance to evolve, technologically, on their own terms. Many of their technologies are used today, not the least of which are food crops (potatoes, tomatoes, corn, etc).
Their technologies might have been totally different and less destructive, as they did not perceive themselves to be separate from the natural creation.

        1. Marko Avatar

We may go back to using some of that technology, who knows? But Native Americans & other say African primitive tribes don’t seem to advance technology wise & maybe they don’t need to because they are happy with the simplicity. We need to have a gross national happiness indicator to be first & GNP second.

By the way, months ago I read a semi academic paper on Native Americans regarding homosexuality, transgender, cross dressing etc. They had such people in their community & they let them be who they were, judgment did not seem to play a role.

          1. mewabe Avatar

Among Native Americans, “two spirits” were regarded as special. Among the Lakota, they were often consulted to give a new born his first name (people had four names in their lifetimes, corresponding to the four stages of their lives…infant, youth, adult, elder),

Studies were published in the 1970’s comparing European societies to indigenous cultures of the Amazon basin in Brazil…and it was found, not surprisingly, that people in these indigenous communities had a much better quality of life than Europeans, Sharing their resources and labor, they worked little and had plenty of leisure time to spend with friends and families.

Native Americans developed their spirituality precisely because they had plenty of free time to think about greater things than how to pay the mortgage or worry about how to accumulate one million dollars for retirement!

          2. Marko Avatar

I’ve often wondered that the Native Americans spirituality as great as it was, was no match for the white mans technology & machinery.

It’s eerie to think that other darker off world beings could do the same to us? CwG book I states (of this life) we love it all, the good the bad, the sublime & the terrible.

I often say we will outgrow it & get tired of the bad, the violent etc. That’s how I see it. Individuals follow their path, others who like it form eventual groups & later larger groups. But who really knows?

We simply do the best we can with the understanding we now have. We can’t go beyond our understanding. Yet, I’m sure there are exceptions even to this.

It’s strange how terrible we can be as a species & how brilliant, loving & compassionate we can be as well. It’s quite the contextual field we have here.

This world is indeed a strange place, of extreme contrasts….perhaps meant to awaken the spiritually numb, as a very hot sweat bath followed by a plunge in a freezing cold stream awakens the physical senses, or as participation in a natural disaster or in the disaster of war awakens deep feelings and emotions.

Those who are already awakened and fully alive no longer need such brutal alarm clocks, they can choose more gentle ways of living, more harmonious experiences, they do not need to be periodically hit on the head with a sledge hammer in order to appreciate the times when they are not being hit on the head with a sledge hammer 🙂

Thank you Stephen…I agree about women as well, it is quite amazing that to this day in many parts of the world women are still so feared by men as to be kept in abject bondage. It is also surprising that in western democracies such as the US women are only allowed to partake in patriarchal power, rather than implement a more balanced, new, cooperative matriarchal culture.

Here I need to clarify the meaning of matriarchy: many think that it means domination and control by women. It does not…it means, as in many Native American cultures, a balance of power between men and women. Women do not seek to dominate as do men, they aspire to participate equally in a cooperative rather than a brutally competitive system.

Women want their voices to be heard and respected, unlike many men who want their fists to be felt and feared.

Of course I am speaking in generalities here, having a little fun with it…not intending to offend anyone.

A very graphic representation to me of the American Indians’ appreciation of life, yet despair over what we’ve come to, appeared as a commercial on TV several years ago. An Indian chief in full headdress sat astride his horse next to a freeway, staring at all the aluminum beer cans in the roadside gutter. A tear stained his majestic cheeks. Ironically the commercial was sponsored by Alcoa Aluminum. (Supposedly aluminum has a lot to do with the development of Alzheimer’s.)

Indeed, yes. The American Indian was deemed to be a “savage”. Hah! They have and HAD, and still HAVE more appreciation of human life than the people who “stole” their lands (NC), gave them dirt poor lands, and displaced them. Biggest joke on the US government I ever saw was their moving the Cherokee to Oklahoma. Surprise, surprise–they found oil and became halfway solvent.

As I mentioned earlier in the last blog, we outgrow our own negative primitive ways & move toward mostly positive & then to all positives as the HEB’s do.

I predict, accurately or not, that small intentional communities, villages, smaller cities & smaller countries will be models of this to other parts of the world. We will see what works in their communities & choose to co-opt it for our own.

The same with world peace. It will start with smaller peaceful intentional areas or communities, where ecology, nature & people are first & technology & business is second.

We have many wonderful inventions being created. We now have a beer company that designed a sixpack holder that instead of plastic can be used for food if it comes in contact with the sea. Solar powered cells that can power up small cities & eventually the country. It’s there, but GIANT corporations will try to defeat them & do so now by & I know it sounds crazy, but they fine people (in certain areas) extra who use solar power!

But the solutions are there & more & more all the time if we focus on solutions and not so much on the problems.

    1. mewabe Avatar
      mewabe

Yes, true about small intentional communities, as long as they remain under the radar and do not threaten the status quo. When they do, they might be visited by swat teams for growing illegal carrots or basil without a permit 🙂

I agree that there are many amazing new technologies popping up, and great people showing up. Hopefully the old world will die off and new generations will create a better way of life for all, and the change will happen without too much destruction or bloodshed.

Unfortunately for now, our lawmakers are coming up with an average of 4000 new rules, laws and regulations each year at the local, state and federal levels (even lawyers cannot keep up and we are all breaking some obscure law or regulation), which are like invisible links in the invisible but very effective chains that keep all of us immobilized and keep these new technologies and ways of life from being implemented and successfully spread. The law has become like the spider’s cobweb: meant to keep us paralyzed and in place so the parasitic class (the elite) can prey upon us and use our energies to grow even stronger and more powerful (oligarchy).

Yes Mewabe, the real war is corporations & their unfair stronghold on the the rest of the non-elites. Their desperation shows we are making inroads & I pray & visualize that we will prevail. There is a great chapter in Thom Hartmann’s book The Last Hours Of Ancient Sunlight that talks about this -He calls Corporations robots . In Neales book The Storm Before The Calm he makes the same point.
This is one of our greatest and most urgent undertakings to remove the corporate person-hood and restore the natural to human beings and the living breathing Earth .

Here’s the full article on the six pack edible rings. Minus videos & photo.

Drinking beer to save ocean life? Cheers to that. Saltwater Brewery in Florida has partnered with the New York-based ad agency We Believers to create a plastic-free six-pack ring that feeds marine life, rather than choking or ensnarling them.

Edible six-pack rings were created by fisherman, surfers and people who love the sea, according to Peter Agardy of Saltwater Brewery.

The Edible Six Pack Ring is made from byproducts of the brewing process such as wheat and barley, making it the first 100 percent biodegradable, compostable and edible packaging implemented in the beer industry.

Creativity reported that 3D-printers were used to manufacture the first batch of 500 edible and biodegradable six-pack rings for Saltwater Brewery’s main brand IPA.

The plan is to produce 400,000 edible six-pack rings per month, enough for the current monthly production of Saltwater Brewery.

The rings are 100 percent biodegradable, made with byproducts of the beer making process such as barley or wheat.

The product, designed with a team of engineers at a small startup in Mexico, is as resistant and efficient as the current plastic six-pack ring option, according to We Believers co-founders Marco Vega and Gustavo Lauria.

The first mass-produced batch will cost between 10 and 15 cents per unit, for craft beer that costs more than $10 for a six-pack, Lauria said.

The developers admit that the price of their product is currently a downside. The hope is that if more brands or investors hop onboard the prices will fall.

“We hope to influence the big guys and hopefully inspire them to get on board,” said Saltwater Brewery president Chris Goves.

Americans drank 6.3 billion gallons of beer in 2015, with 50 percent of that volume sold in cans that often come in those pesky plastic rings. The material either ends up in landfills or in the ocean, and can end up in a bird’s stomach or around a sea turtle’s body.

Plastic trash and marine debris is a growing crisis in our oceans.

The six-pack ring problem is not as bad as it used to be—many of us already instinctually cut them apart before throwing them away. In fact, the Plastics Industry Trade Association calls it an environmental urban “myth” that six-pack rings are hazardous to wildlife, pointing to federal regulations that have required six-pack rings to be 100 percent photodegradable since 1989.

However, while it’s true that these rings are designed to “photodegrade,” or disintegrate into small pieces within 60 to 120 days, that’s still plenty of time for a bird or turtle to get trapped in one or choke on a piece of it. Also, something that’s “photodegradable” doesn’t mean biodegradable, so no matter how small it breaks down it will always be plastic. You may have heard of our oceans’ microplastic crisis, where massive clouds of microplastics are emanating out of the five subtropical gyres.

The plastics industry also says that the onus is on us to recycle the six-pack rings, saying “concerns about beverage binders and wildlife could be eliminated if humans would dispose of the rings properly.” However, not all curbside recycling programs accept them and let’s not forget that Americans, as a whole, are pretty terrible at recycling, with a 34.3 percent recycling rate.

Plastic pollution is devastating our ocean ecosystems, with 8 millions tons leaked into the oceans every year. The waste is routinely found inside the stomachs of many species of aquatic life, from the tiniest plankton to giant whales, and that’s not the mention the dangerous, hormone-disrupting chemicals leaching from the plastics.

“If most craft breweries and big beer companies implement this technology, the manufacturing cost will drop and be very competitive compared with the current plastic solution, while saving hundreds of thousands of marine lives,” Lauria said.

I suspect that they are different families of consciousness incarnated in the human form on this planet. This was suggested by Jane Roberts and it might be accurate. Some “families of consciousness” might be more evolved than others…some might be very primitive indeed. A psychic friend of mine mentioned beings who come from very chaotic, war-like situations and understand little beside dominant power, authority and control, as their worldview is almost totally fear-based.

It takes great patience and understanding, as well as compassion, to live among those who are operating from endless fears and attempt to forcefully control us. The Tibetans have proven this under harsh Chinese rule. Perhaps we are here not so much to change the world but to develop these qualities ever further. We can only lead effectively by example, not through words and speeches, which tend to be lost in the wind or suppressed by the cacophony of the contemporary world. We can indeed only lead by changing ourselves.

I’ve been trying to do with myself just what you suggest, but I keep hitting boundaries, and limitations. Through my work with Lincoln Gerber of Channel higher self on Youtube, I’m working towards a kudilini spiritual awakening, however the process is terrifying. The dissolution of the personal Ego into a higher spiritual self- is this the only way? (I like my personality, my life why would I want to destroy it?)

I’ve read the conversation with God trilogy. The first time with curiosity, then the 2nd time as ‘Hey, some of this actually appears to be real’, and then now the 3rd time I’m reading it as literal proven fact and truth. I’ve also read most of your other books including home with God, and friendship with God. Books that could just as easily have been written as weird science fiction by Kurt Vonnegut, but now I regard as literal truth.

From the HEB conversations, I’ve got to say I’ve see the filter from which you spoke to God in action. I would have asked very different, more detailed and specific questions, where you only asked for generalities. I would ask for specifics to compare and contrast how we fair on a point by point basis. A question if you could get God to answer would be:

“In HEB society, what are the biggest problems, disasters, and the worm in the shiny apple situations that they face to overcome”

So we might compare this with how we would deal with this.

    1. Marko Avatar

Just my opinion, but I don’t see the ego as necessarily bad. The ego run amuck, that’s unhealthy, but a healthy ego, I’m fine with that. Often spiritual metaphysical people use the ego as their form of the devil. I don’t agree with that & CwG would confirm this. So if you like your personality & life, enjoy it! Lose your darker side, not your entire individuality.

As I understand it, all societies go through evolution & start out like us very primitive & move eventually to HEB’s. Lisette Larkins first book on talking to ET’s seems to be in touch with HEB’s. They too, went through what we did, but eventually became enlightened.

As I’m fond of saying, we eventually outgrow the bad, & negative. We can do so first with ourselves, others will eventually follow, then large groups & the entire collective.

Just some of my thoughts to chew on.

The most fascinating thing about HEBS for me is their ways of communication and travel, how they master the laws of physics and transcend them as Jesus and some yougis are said to have done. I wanted to become a HEB reading this part! To disassemble and reassemble their bodies, thus disappear and reappear from place to place without utilizing or going thru any dense physical medium such as fossil fuel or electricity. The same for communication. Instant thought transfer would save time and the environment. The massive infrastructure for the so called modern communication would be eradicated. My prospect for the evolution of our species lies more in the inner, spiritual direction than outer scientific, socioeconomic, political or even ecological direction. Just as we ran out of West and we will soon hit the wall going outer. Not because the space is limited but because before we are technologically advanced enough to make anything meaningful out of space travel, we will probably self-destroy.

It’s much more potent to explore the uncharted inside ourselves and make anything meaningful out of such inner excursions. Suppose some people somewhere, not by their understanding of our oneness or the energy of eros transmuted into agape, not anything of that sublime stuff, but by the sheer fascination of it, decide that they would like to develop their psychic abilities and telepathically communicate, become good at it. The pollution caused by the use of cell phones would decrease, for one thing. For energy to move thru them more efficiently, they would naturally adopt a more healthy and pure life style such as taking in less or no dead flesh, carcinogen, or brain frying nerve deadning liquid, and become more conscientious more of the time, one leads to the other organically. Being an immigrant, being in the marginality and being biligual naturally made me pay more attention to non-verbal ques and signs when communicating. Yet I desired to really develop psychic abilities to communicate well with the people I love after they or I were deceased. Is this type of hypothesis or imagining too naive and simplistic?

Speaking of the reptilian brain, are women a bit more evolved than men?

I find it quite amazing that to this day in many parts of the world women are still so feared by men as to be kept in abject bondage. It is also surprising that in western democracies such as the US women are only allowed to partake in dominant and aggressive patriarchal power, rather than implement a more balanced, cooperative, gentler, more compassionate matriarchal culture.

Hillary Clinton is a case in point, who has demonstrated a well-documented willingness to use American military power overseas, and who apparently can’t wait to bomb Iran, because she is expected to prove that she is just as manly as any man (a “strong woman”, like Thatcher) if she wants to be respected. Such women are only respected and make it to the top of the patriarchy when they agree to perpetuate and protect the patriarchy.

As Abby Martin, a bright and courageous woman, said about H. Clinton in an interview on The Ring of Fire “What’s the point of having a woman president if you are going to act like a militaristic hawk…man?…I would rather have someone who is more feminine bringing that side to foreign policy.”

Here I need to clarify the meaning of matriarchy: many erroneously think that it means domination and control by women. It’s a common mistake. It does not…it means, as in many Native American cultures, a balance of power between men and women. Natural women do not seek to dominate as do many men, they aspire to participate equally in a cooperative rather than a brutally competitive system.

Natural women want their voices to be heard and respected, unlike many men who want their fists to be felt and feared (or their bombs, bullets, drones, harsh and oppressive laws, oppressive religions, etc, all products of the patriarchy).

Of course I am speaking in generalities.

Mewabe that is the same point made in the brilliant book the Chalice and the Blade by Riane Eisler. Why and how we left the matriarchy and ended up where we are . A complete overhaul of what we paid the care givers in society would be a start many whom are women. They should be paid the most as we need to stand up for and declare what is important in our societies . The higher the good the higher the pay I say .

Thanks Stephen, I read a review on this book and ordered it.

Native Americans already know this, as most of their cultures were matriarchal, based on cooperation within a tribe and modeled after the circle (a feminine, egalitarian symbol)…They had no actual chiefs but temporary leaders and counselors (elders) who had no actual authority over the people. Instead they advised them and had to develop great eloquence.
The exceptions were the Aztecs and others who interestingly adopted the model of the pyramid, which symbolizes hierarchy and dominance, the male model. Not surprisingly, they were conquerors, and predictably, western cultures admire their dominant aspect, as if this made them superior.

There is no freedom possible in a patriarchal culture, because there cannot be equality within hierarchies and under dominant power, even when this power is said to be representative of the people (and we all should know by now that it is not). All talks of freedom are consequently nothing but pure deceptions, blatant lies. The entire system must be changed, to become once again egalitarian and free.

      Bonjour,
Amen! Huge difference between feminine principles and what is defined a female. Now if you just sing me Put Another Log On The Fire, the American male anthem, with your ukelele, it will be a great day!
Hope you are well Bobstein, I’m busy with Uni assignments. Fun ones cos I can present psychology and design papers together as a fiction novel..

        Buongiorno, come stai?
Reading the lyrics of Put Another Log On The Fire, yes I can see why you would love that song. All is well here, house renovations well under way, so I can sell and move to Greenland, our future tropical paradise.
I am happy to hear you are having fun, Bobstein is not having fun, working way too much (Bobstein is my alter ego just so you know, and he speaks in the third person, usually in the ancient Phoenician language when tired).
It looks like this website is slowly dying. Everyone is on Facebook….the ultimate groupie site…not my thing.
Have fun with your assignment and with winter Bobbing Bobsledder!

          Konichiwa,
Poor Bobstein. I had one of those nuts year a couple ago (can I use that grammar?). Up til at least 1am still but at least its a fun assignment although designing and making outfits (on a two foot mannequin) for 6 different weddings in 1977 is rather time consuming but all my speehes are done and the music rearrangements. My arrangement of House of the Rising Sun is really good, if I may say do myself. Although grumpy Bobstein will say no I can’t.
Dying??? I didnt realise it wasn’t already. Maybe its my departure that killed it, and the lack of crazies. Or is that now now? Warned u that this would be a tough one. And im sure time has speed up by at least 25%.
Take care and keep up the medicinal moonshine. Bobshine,

Kirstski, my new spelling of Kirsty, which is my real name.

Hey Kirstski! There is never a lack of crazies anywhere in the world…madness is an inexhaustible resource! But sometimes the sanely challenged hide under the wall paper…
Still working very hard, day and night every day, single-handedly supporting the US government through taxes so it can keep bombing people all over the planet…I like to know I did my part! (Wait until Trump or Hillary get elected…I predict a change of weather with northwestern bomb formations flooding southern parched lands).
About time speeding up…yes even clocks can’t keep up with it.
            Take care Kirstski!

            Hey Blob…thats a good one.
I’m just glad you have one of those mysterious green cards, so you can pay taxes, let alone do your bit. I like to think Im supporting some waste of space somewhere, too lazy to work, or pay the medical expenses of some obese people with my taxes.
Im not even sure our army has a gun, last I heard they were all the extras in the Lord of the Rings movies…free labour!
Good articles on your new bff Trump in this months Uncensored mag, its online. I actuall don’t know who is worse of your two choices. Its hilarious. Can’t wait for Kanye West to join the sideshow in a few years, heck why not Tom Cruise and his alien buddies too!!
            Take care Blobstein.
            K
